Fetchflat is owned and operated by SEETO COMMUNICATION LIMITED (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and that company.

Fetchflat fetches public web pages on your instruction and returns them as HTML, markdown, or JSON.

You are responsible for targeting only public pages you are allowed to access. Do not use the service against pages behind a login, pages whose terms forbid automated access, or personal data you have no basis to process.

We block requests to private networks and cloud metadata endpoints (SSRF) and maintain a host blocklist. We are not a stealth or unblocker product. We do not solve CAPTCHAs or bypass access controls; when a site blocks us we tell you and charge nothing or one credit.

proxy=unblocker is a paid vendor pass for public pages you are allowed to access. It is not a stealth product and we do not guarantee that every anti-bot site will return a page.

We do not resell raw HTML as a dataset and we do not retain page content beyond serving your request.

The service is provided by SEETO COMMUNICATION LIMITED. Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record, which collects applicable VAT/GST/sales tax and issues invoices. Credits are non-transferable. Subscription grants expire at period end; top-up credits do not expire. Refunds of money go through Creem; refunds of credits are at our discretion. The service is provided as is. We may suspend keys that attack third parties or our infrastructure.
